land care

with Ashley

my journey

for the past two decades, i have layered on many hats - artist, classroom educator, project manager, and curriculum designer. across the country, i have used my expertise of creativity and interpersonal attunement to facilitate spaces of discomfort, truth-telling, and joy for institutional leadership development. i have loved each collaboration, yet still felt disconnected from the world.

navigating challenging life events and work stress, i began as most do with walking and meditating. for the past five years this practice has grown into

sharing my knowledge of land care with others is one of my greatest joys. thank you for getting to know me and the work i love.

community focused

i offer a free 20 minute consultation on the phone to understand your unique need. we might not be the right fit, but i won't leave you hanging!

i come to you in-person or virtually for a one-hour walkthrough together. we co-create a roadmap of care and education needed. this initial walkthrough and roadmap starts at $120/hr with sliding scale. We can discuss your garden beds, sun exposing, pruning methods, etc. - bring it all for our first walk-through! Come prepared with direct questions and concerns.

everyone deserves support to develop their land care practices, so slide scales and barter payments are always an option. i do not turn someone away due to funds. i do care for my low-income mother, disabled father, and my own child, and i acknowledge the complexity of capitalizing off the land to feed my families. My time and knowledge is important, and so is both our wallets.

If you decide to sell or rent, we can give recommendations on low maintenance landscaping. Pricing discussed during consultation.

Monthly Grief Circles

Free monthly grief circles offer a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals who are navigating the difficult journey of loss. These gatherings provide a safe space for participants to share their feelings, experiences, and memories with others who understand the profound impact of grief, helping to alleviate feelings of isolation that often accompany loss.
